September 5, 2014 - October 5, 2014

Lake Louise Fall Festival

Discover an authentic alpine adventure at Lake Louise, where majestic peaks and sparkling blue water offer the perfect backdrop for outdoor exploration and world-class accommodations.

For a unique Rockies getaway, take advantage of special accommodation packages, dining specials, and the best autumn has to offer: comfortable temperatures, seasonally inspired menus and forests lit up with golden larches.

Spice up your festival experience with a variety of events – from special programs and activities to hiking challenges and photography – or take in the mountain life at a slower pace.

Parks Canada is please to offer a FREE SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE from the Lake Louise Overflow Parking Lot to the Moraine Lake Parking Lot on September 13, 14, 20, 21, 27 and 28 from 9:00am to 6:00pm. In addition to the popular Larch Valley hike, there are many other fabulous trails in and around Lake Louise to explore the fall colours, check the suggested larch hikes for more information.

Park for free and ride the Lake Louise Sightseeing Gondola, while enjoying the views of the larch trees or consider a hike from the top of the Gondola to the Kicking Horse Pass viewpoint, Ptarmigan Valley viewpoint or the Pika Trail.

Either way, Lake Louise is unique, unspoiled and unforgettable. Check the Lake Louise Fall Festival Brochure for full event details!
