Dining
Our restaurant is the heart of Num-Ti-Jah Lodge. On the walls, Jimmy's collection of animal mounts are evidence of an adventurer's life in the mountins. Our Chefs strive to use fresh, seasonal, local and organic produce whenever possible, always cooked to perfection and served in a warm, relaxed, friendly atmosphere in a unique location in the Canadian Rockies.
