Dining
In the evening, guests will experience delicious Canadian cuisine prepared with a dedication to organic ingredients and naturally raised Alberta meat and fish. Entrées include bison tenderloin, Digby sea scallops, rack of lamb and Brome Lake Duck. All of the breads, desserts and breakfast pastries are baked on site.
The dining room has an extensive wine list drawn exclusively from carefully selected Canadian vintages.
Guests can choose from a lighter menu in the lounge or they can simply relax around a roaring fire and enjoy a moment of kinship with the great explorers of the Canadian Rockies who once passed this way. Guests can also choose to enjoy their meals in the privacy of their own cozy cabin.
In the morning, guests can enjoy a gourmet breakfast of organic coffee, specialty teas, fresh baked breads and pastries, lodge-made preserves, granola or fresh fruit. Our chef will also prepare one hot special breakfast daily during the summer and on Saturday and Sunday in the fall, winter and spring.
