On September 25, 2009, the Cornerstone Theatre was proud to re-open as the newest venue for arts in the Bow Valley, welcoming locals and travellers from all over the world.
Rebranding is a large undertaking and with our 2009/10 season, we firmly believe that we have effectively accomplishe branding ourselves as a professional theatre, driven to providing quality productions. Recent upgrades to our sound and lighting systems have gone even further to bringing each show to the next level.
Over the course of our 5 show season, we explored life through 60's doo wop, mounted a one man reinvention of a timeless classic, braved Stepehn Sondheim, boogie woogies with the Andrews Sisters and finally, re-opened the ninth season of the award winning Oh Canada Eh? Dinner Show. With talent gathered from coast to coast, the energy on our stage for each show was phenomenal and we look forward to continuing with our full Broadway series for 2010/2011.
No matter what you our your guests are looking for, we are certain to entertain. We can customize our setting to any group, or we could be a great location for your own private function. The Cornerstone is open for the community and we invite everyone to join us at the corner!
