Fulcrum Criterium Official Results June 20

Spectacular breakaways were the order of the evening as Julie Beveridge soloed to victory in the women's race, and a four-man break stayed away for the second half of the men's race wth Scott LaLiberte winning the sprint finish. Beveridge's win widened her lead in the General Classification while Jaime Sparling barely held onto the yellow jersey by 4 seconds over hard-charging teammate Rob Britton.

The rain cleared moments before race start and held off just long enough to let the men cross the finsih after 80 kilometres of blazing speeds over the rolling, specatucularly scenic road course near Lake Louise. Today was a day off for the women.
