Set in the stunning grounds of Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, Ice Magic transforms ice into extraordinary works of art. Wander through a breathtaking collection of sculptures and discover the imagination and skill behind each frozen masterpiece.
Looking to see ice carving in action? Visit the Art of Ice: Carving Competition in downtown Banff, where talented carving teams transform blocks of ice into incredible creations during live competitions as part of the SnowDays Festival.
Ice Magic is an exclusive experience for guests of participating Lake Louise hotels and local community members from Mînî Thnî to Field.

Tickets
Ice Magic tickets are available through participating Lake Louise hotels and accommodations and for residents of local communities on select event dates.
Early Ticket Access with Accommodation
Guests staying at a participating Lake Louise hotel can access complimentary tickets for Ice Magic from February 3–7, 2027.
Tickets will be available through participating accommodations beginning October 26, 2026. Book your stay at one of the participating accommodations below and contact them directly for details on accessing tickets.

Complimentary shuttle transportation to and from Ice Magic will be provided from participating accommodations.
Local Community Tickets
Residents of communities from Mînî Thnî to Field can access complimentary Ice Magic tickets for February 2 and February 7, 2027. Valid ID will be required to confirm local residency.
Tickets will be available beginning in late December and include complimentary shuttle transportation from Banff Train Station or Samson Mall in Lake Louise Village.
Getting to Ice Magic
All Ice Magic ticket holders must use the provided shuttle transportation to access the event. Parking is not available at the event site.
