15th Annual Ice Magic International Ice Sculpture Competition

Ice Magic is a three day weekend that transforms Lake Louise into a magical wonderland of ice. Teams of 2-3 carvers have three days and 15 (300lbs) blocks of ice to create their own themed masterpieces at The Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. There is also a One Carver, One Block, One Hour event on Saturday, one person from each team competes in this speed event at the Lake Louise Inn, stop by for the wine tasting and appetizers. And for the children stop by the Little Chippers Enchanted Forest at Samson Mall where the kids can try their hand at ice carving, play in the ice maze, hop on a dog sled, try out the hockey shoot out and play with the Parks Canada Interpreters.
