This year during the annual culinary celebration, Taste For Adventure (Oct. 25 - Nov. 9), visitors will have a number of incredible culinary events to explore. From exclusive chef tables to locally inspired fusion menus, there’s something for every foodie.

1. A TASTE OF AUTUMN: AKI NO MIKAKU AT THE BLOCK KITCHEN + BAR

Thursday, November 2, 2017 at 7 p.m. | Block Kitchen + Bar |  $130 (does not include GST or gratuity) | GET TICKETS

Explore a multi-course Japanese Autumn Harvest menu at the Block Kitchen + Bar. Mix ingredients from Japan with staples of Western Canada and raise a glass of sake or wine with Chef Stephane Prevost. Admission to the event includes a pre-dinner reception.

2. GRAPES' CELLAR EXPERIENCE

Friday, October 27, 2017 at 6 p.m. | Grapes Wine Bar (Fairmont Banff Springs) | $125 (includes GST and gratuity) | Please note: Tickets are no longer available. 

Famous for incredible home-made charcuteries and preserves, The Grapes’ Cellar Experience will bring together the best of house-cured meats, artisan cheeses, and incredible wines. The menu will be served family-style with four courses and wine pairings delivered in the cozy Grapes Wine Bar .
