The Grotto Spa

The Grotto Spa is located at the Royal Canadian Lodge. Everyone is welcome! The Grotto Spa's facilities include a soothing mineral pool with a Rundle rock waterfall, hot tub, eucalyptus steam room, cardio and weight room, seating area with fruit and water and a newly renovated treatment room! There are change room and shower facilities with amenities to get ready before or after your treatment. Robes are provided to all guests along with complimentary underground parking. The treatments offered range from Registered Massage Therapy treatments like Swedish massage to Deep Tissue and Sports Therapy for the active client. We offer special treatments with personalized aromatherapy blends from Mountain Springs essential oils and organic body treatments and skincare. Our body wraps and customized organic facials are a 'scentsational treat! We pride ourselves in using high quality, local, organic, cruelty-free and vegan skin care! Gift certificates can be purchased at the front desk and insurance receipts can be provided from your therapist.
