The business plan contains the strategies and goals for our destination, for the year. We actively sought input from our members, advisory groups, and industry specialists. We also worked with our Board of Directors to complete a risk assessment, identify growth opportunities and align with strategic priorities.
The annual report is a comprehensive report on BLLT’s activities throughout the preceding year. The report provides information on our initiatives, results and financial performance.
Food Tourism Strategy
In 2017, BLLT worked alongside stakeholders from across the destination to develop a three-year food tourism strategy. This is one of four niche strategies as seen in our 2018 Business Plan.
