BLLT Special Meeting June 5: Register to Vote on Proposed Changes to Bylaws
A Special Meeting of the Membership of the Banff/Lake Louise Tourism Bureau has been called to vote on the proposed resolution:
BE IT RESOLVED, by Special Resolution of the Members of the Banff/Lake Louise Tourism Bureau that the existing Bylaws of The Banff/Lake Louise Tourism Bureau, dated the 25th day of April, 2017 be repealed and replaced with the By-laws dated the 5th day of June, 2025.

Location: The Boss Kitchen & Bar in the Downstairs Lounge, located at 299 Banff Avenue (formerly Earl’s Kitchen + Bar)
This meeting is for Nominees of BLLT Members or their proxy. For clarity – the Nominee is the person designated as official representative of the Member (i.e. the business) who may vote on the proposed resolution for the Member.
Following the meeting, Nominees and their guests are invited to stay for cocktails and light bites to welcome summer and network with industry colleagues.
REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED: To attend the meeting and receive a ballot to cast your vote, you must register prior to 5 pm on June 2nd.
IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND: Please execute a proxy form designating a delegate to act on your behalf at the meeting. If you cannot send a delegate from your organization, you may name the Chair of the meeting (Shawn Birch –Chair of the BLLT Board of Directors) as your proxy holder.
