This is a free two-part webinar series presented by the Social School, designed to assist Banff & Lake Louise Tourism members in maximizing the most timely opportunities and tactical features within the Google My Business (GMB) platform. Learn how to leverage this tool to the utmost degree as you navigate an uncertain post-COVID-19 reopening landscape and imperative economic recovery period in the weeks and months ahead.  Each webinar includes a 45-minute learning session, followed by a 30-minute activation workshop and live Q&A. Suitable for any user level. Whether you are new to GMB or want to enhance your knowledge, you are bound to walk away with valuable actionable insights. 

Part 1: Monday, July 6 | 9 a.m. - 10:15 a.m.

This session will outline the key features of the Google My Business platform, and take attendees beyond a baseline listing of location and operating hours into creating posts, leveraging reviews and optimizing third-party endorsements. The workshop portion of the webinar will ensure participants leave with the keys to their GMB page firmly in hand, and a roadmap to seamlessly take it to the next level.

Part 2: Wednesday, July 8 | 9 a.m. - 10:15 a.m.

Building on the foundations set in Part 1, this follow-up webinar will guide attendees deeper into the highly powerful and underutilized features that drive meaningful actions and conversions right from their GMB page. Participants will identify what elements of the Google My Business platform drive on-page results leading to sales, calls, bookings, and visits, and what pieces are key in driving world-class search engine ranking results and beyond.
