Trails to Tomorrow: Visitor Experience

Shaped by extensive input and recommendations put forward by the community, five Trails to Tomorrow have been identified to address in leading tourism towards a sustainable future—this is the Visitor Experience trail.

Inspiring experience, transforming perspective

Our objective is to champion innovative, true-to-place visitor experiences that welcome and inspire everyone to take part, supporting local businesses and a thriving economy.

To showcase how Banff and Lake Louise is advancing this trail, we’re sharing inspiring Stories from the Trails—real-life accounts of local initiatives, people, and projects that contribute to the vision to Lead Tourism for Good.
