Since its establishment in 1994, the Dance Barn has stood is a tribute to over a century of cowboy heritage, inviting guests into an authentic Western atmosphere brimming with entertainment and the warmest of welcomes.

Our reputation for quality food, great service, and rustic Western facilities make for an unforgettable Western Canadian experience.

The Brewster "Hip of Beef," the family specialty, is 30 to 40 pounds of Alberta Beef rolled and perfectly aged for our barbecues. Prepared in large barbecue ovens and basted in natural juices, the roasts are carved for guests in our buffet serving lines. A highlight is seeing the meat transported by 'pitchfork' to our buffet tables.

Our Barbecue and Dance Barn is exclusively available for private bookings, with the exception of the Country Christmas dinners which are open to the public.
