Event Staff (Seasonal)

Banff & Lake Louise Tourism looking for a team of seasonal Event Staff to support and help bring to life Christmas and SnowDays events; including In Search of Christmas Spirit, Play Zone, and more!

Event Staff are the face of our events. Their job is to make guests feel welcomed while supporting them throughout the entire experience. The right candidate loves talking to and helping people and is motivated by fast-paced, outdoor environments.

Supervisor, Events (Seasonal)

Banff & Lake Louise Tourism is looking for a team of seasonal Supervisors, Events, to support and help bring to life Christmas and SnowDays events; including In Search of Christmas Spirit, Play Zone, and more!

The Supervisor, Events will be responsible for the general oversight of the daily setup, operation, and tear down of BLLT events, as well as the on-site supervision of Event Staff. This role mentors a team as the first and main points of contact for event guests and is responsible for training and delivery of greeting and directing guests and enhancing the overall experience. Candidates should enjoy working outdoors, supporting a team, and be detail orientated. Excellent guest experience and service skills are required.

Coordinator, Hosting Services

The Coordinator, Hosting Services is a destination expert and is responsible for building itineraries and experiences that compel our guests to become champions of the experiences in Banff National Park.  This role supports the smooth development and execution of destination site visits, FAM tours, media and other hosted visits. This is a service provider role to colleagues in the Marketing, Travel Trade, Media and Business Events teams.

The primary focus of the Coordinator, Hosting Services is to streamline the FAM practice and develop efficiencies in our processes to showcase the destination to tour operators, media, travel agents, meeting planners, and tourism professionals while ensuring that the workloads are manageable for our team and our members
