Flow State Yoga
At Flow State we utilize yoga and it’s rich history of movement to guide you into the state of flow, allowing your mind to turn inwards as you connect to body, breath, and mind. While we move through a class our aim is to help you lengthen and strengthen muscles within the body, while turning your attention inwards - connecting deeply with yourself, the practice and the community around you. Teachers will share their own lens into yoga movement and breathwork practices that are authentic to their passions, experience, and expertise, ensuring your class experiences are unique and varied. With daily classes that blend tradition with a modern twist, our studio will allow you to dive deep.
