Distillery Tour Details:

Our Banff roots run as deep as the mountain valleys that surround us and we're proud to be the first distillery located in a Canadian National Park. Our water originates at six glaciers high in the Rocky Mountains and gains minerality as it travels across rich limestone deposits. Grain is sourced from high-altitude family farms in the Alberta foothills. We hand-mill, hand-mash and hand-distill to preserve the purity of the ingredients and produce small-batch spirits.

Get an exclusive look into our on-site distillery and learn how our award-winning spirits are made. After an interactive, small group tour with time for questions, sit back and enjoy a guided spirit-tasting flight that includes a half-ounce sample of our most popular spirits (yes, gin is in!). Want to put your skills to work? Stay on for Blend Your Own Gin! You'll hand select your very own botanicals to hand-craft a 750ml bottle of gin, including a custom label.
