Parker’s Table celebrates Canadian terroir through seasonally inspired cuisine and relationships with local farmers, fishers and foragers. Rimrock Banff’s signature restaurant pairs a warm, refined setting with mountain views and a menu that reflects the character of the Canadian Rockies.

Named for Elizabeth Parker, a founding member of the Alpine Club of Canada, the restaurant carries a spirit of discovery from breakfast through dinner. Distinctive tableside rituals bring a sense of occasion, from bread served with Canadian salts and artisanal butters to pastries and preserves presented from a roaming cart. In the evening, a tasting menu and considered wine pairings invite guests to explore the season, while two private dining rooms offer an intimate setting for gatherings and celebrations.
