Sushi Mitsuba Omakase

Our restaurant serves Edomae sushi, a traditional Japanese dish, as omakase sushi, prepared by the chef at the counter in front of you.

A special feature of our restaurant is that we have succeeded in procuring fish from various parts of Japan that have not been available in Banff until now. We are proud to combine them with Canadian fish to create "omakase sushi" that you can enjoy, delicately crafted by our chef. In addition, we have an excellent premium sake pairing option to complement our dishes, that has been carefully selected by sake master. Please enjoy our proud omakase sushi with sake pairing.

We have only been open for 6 months and our customers have given us great feedback about not only tasting Sushi Mitsuba's fresh sushi, but also enjoying the Sushi experience. There is no other restaurant in Banff with a similar concept. We are sure that this will be a memorable experience, especially if you are coming for an anniversary celebration.

Omakase sushi has a set to start twice a day at 5:00pm and 7:30pm for 2 hours. The restaurant is a small with 8 seats, where the chef cooks right in front of you at the counter. As there are only a few seats, we recommend making a reservation in advance on the website.
