We’re about to make your December a whole lot tastier.

On Friday, December 5th, Fat Ox is teaming up with Chef Chris Rivest of Subtle Hint Kitchen for a one-day-only sandwich pop-up featuring our mouth-watering sandwiches.

Inspired by big flavours, street-food energy, and a friendly chef-on-chef collab, this menu is stacked with six outrageous sandwiches—from Italian beef dripping with bone marrow aioli to crispy fried oyster mushrooms with Subtle Hint hot honey. Plus, our house-made kettle chips with addictive parm dip will be on deck, and our full regular menu is available too.

The Pop-Up Sandwich Menu

• Italian Beef — $17

Braised beef short rib, pepperoncini, marinated peppers, caramelized onion, horseradish & bone marrow aioli on focaccia

• The Fungi (Vegetarian) — $15

Crispy fried oyster mushrooms, subtle hint hot honey, pickles, slaw, potato roll

• Cubano — $16

Slow roasted pork belly, spam, mustard, gruyere, French bread

• Ham & Cheese — $16

Fried mortadella, balsamic onions, pistachio-basil aioli, buffalo mozzarella, focaccia

• Banh Mi — $16

Ginger pickled carrots, char siu, smoked oyster aioli, marinated cucumber, crispy roll

• Fried Chicken — $17

Breaded cutlet, parmesan-buttermilk aioli, cheddar, iceberg, focaccia

Add Subtle Hint OG hot sauce to spice it up

• House-Made Kettle Chips — $7
