Whether you’re stopping in for a cozy morning bite, meeting friends for a late brunch moment, or fueling up before the day unfolds, this pop-up is all about warmth, comfort, and indulgence.

Our menu ranges from simple classics to fully loaded creations — think smoked salmon with dill and capers, bodega-style bacon, egg & cheese, and Italian-inspired sausage with soft scrambled eggs. Prefer to choose your own adventure? Our Fat Ox Bagel Platter is made for sharing (or not).
