A festive weekend of holiday activities and entertainment to kick off the quintessential Christmas season in downtown Banff. 

 The Santa Claus Celebration of Lights has been cancelled and will not be returning in 2025.

There are still plenty of ways to celebrate the 

 season in Banff and Lake Louise. Discover the wonder of 

 that make the holidays truly special in the Canadian Rockies.

The event is centrally located in downtown Banff and is within easy walking distance from many hotels.

Use Roam Public Transit Route 1 or 2 for easy access to downtown Banff from many hotels.

Public Transit

The Banff Train Station has free 9-hour parking and is only a 5-10 minute walk from many of the event sites. Paid parking is in effect for downtown parking.
