Kids Winter Heritage Home Tour

The weather might be frightful in January, but the Heritage Homes on the Whyte grounds are always delightful! Travel back to Banff in the past by entering and touring these time capsules filled with artifacts, art, and stories showing how their owners lived and the treasures they kept.

The home of museum founders Peter Whyte and Catharine Robb Whyte still stands in the spot where it was built between 1930-1931. Their passion to preserve the rich cultural traditions of their mountain community is shown in the museum but also in the log house that they called home.

The tour is 30 minutes long and is for children aged 6-10 years old. Tour times are at 9 and 10 AM.

Tickets include the program cost and admission to the museum so you can make the most of your day out!

Parent/guardian supervision required at all times and participation encouraged.
