Each September, the rolling hills of Piedmont come alive for Festival delle Sagre, affectionately known throughout Italy as The Festival of Festivals. Entire villages transform into one enormous open-air dining room as local cooks, winemakers, farmers, and artisans come together to celebrate regional traditions.

Long communal tables stretch through the streets. Neighbours become friends. Visitors are welcomed like family. Every dish tells the story of the region it comes from.

Inspired by this extraordinary celebration, our September Long Table Dinner embraces the rich flavours and comforting traditions of Northern Italy.
