Our Mother's Day menu features delicious breakfast and brunch offerings, crafted with fresh ingredients and heartfelt flavors. If you prefer to join us in the evening our chef has created wonderful seasonal dishes.

For the food lovers: Indulge in house-made focaccia, burrata with eggplant caponata, or savour the luxurious shrimp scampi in Calabrian chili garlic butter.

For pasta aficionados: Dive into comforting ricotta gnocchi in gorgonzola cream, or our vibrant shrimp fazzoletti with leek, spinach, and snap peas.

For brunch traditionalists: Enjoy our Mountain Breakfast with sausage or bacon, or delight in a creative twist with our bison hash or Florentine Benedict.

A sweet finish: Don’t miss the GF tiramisu crêpe cake, layered with espresso marsala whipped cream.

We have partnered with Banff Mountaintop Flowers to help celebrate all the important women in our life. As a celebration gift all the mothers will presented with white tulips as a thank you departure gift.Why did we select white tulip?
