Your guide will explain why packing light is key to trail running, while also ensuring you have all the essentials like bear spray, an emergency communications device and of course, your favourite energy bars.
It’s easy to get absorbed in the steady flow of a trail run, but don’t forget to keep making noise to alert wildlife of your presence and avoid surprises – for anyone involved!
