Surprise Corner to Hoodoos Trail

This trail connects two must see view points in the Banff town area; Surprise Corner and the Hoodoos. From Surprise Corner you descend down to the river following a well worn trail through the forest. The trail meanders along next to the river before climbing up to the Hoodoos Viewpoint where you'll witness breathtaking views of Mt. Rundle and the interesting hoodoos rock formations. Return the same way you came or follow Tunnel Mountain Road back into town.
