Hike Johnston Canyon
The metal of the railing is cool under your hands as you peek out over the bridge, meeting the mist that rises from the plunge pool below. You’ve already traversed iron catwalks bolted into the canyon walls and down paths that lead over, under and right through impressive limestone cliffs. And, soon, you’ll venture through a small cave to face a roaring waterfall mere feet away. Feel the force of nature firsthand in the pools carved by plunging falls, growing deeper with each passing season.
